Comprehensive Terms & Conditions & Pre-Departure Information

Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
  • Travel Insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and personal liability.
  • Carry digital and printed copies of travel insurance, passport, and emergency contacts.

Pre-Arrival Essentials

  • Share all dietary requirements, medical conditions, or mobility limitations with the DMC at least 15 days before departure.
  • Check your flight timings and connections carefully. Transfers may not be flexible for late arrivals.
  • Bring any necessary prescribed medication with the original prescription.
  • Inform the DMC of any special occasions or room requests in advance. 

Coach Travel Terms and Conditions

We want to ensure your travel is safe, comfortable, and within legal regulations. Please review the following important information regarding coach usage during your tour:


  • Travel will be provided in a modern, licensed, and fully insured coach with a professional, experienced driver.
  • Coach service is limited strictly to the official tour itinerary and schedule.
  • The coach and driver will be available for a maximum of 12 hours per day, starting from the moment the driver departs their hotel. For example, if the driver begins at 9:00 AM, the 12-hour period ends at 9:00 PM. This includes a maximum of 9 hours of actual driving time per day.
  • The daily 12-hour duty time includes all driving, waiting, and standby periods. Once the driver returns to their hotel, the 12-hour period is considered complete.

EU transport regulations require:

  • A maximum of 9 hours driving per day .
  • A mandatory 45-minute break after every 4.5 hours of driving.
  • A minimum of 11 consecutive hours of rest for the driver overnight.
  • For safety and legal reasons, no additional stops or deviations from the itinerary are allowed unless approved in advance by the tour manager.
  • Passengers are required by UK Law to wear seat belts while on the coach at all times.
  • Please help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment by keeping the coach tidy and disposing of any litter responsibly.

Luggage Allowance

  • Guests may bring:
    • 1x checked bag (max. 23 kg)
    • 1 x carry-on/day bag (small enough for under-seat storage)
  • All luggage must be clearly labelled with your full name and mobile number.
  • The DMC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Inclusions – What’s Covered

Your tour generally includes:

  • Hotel accommodation as per itinerary
  • Daily breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 
  • Private coach transport with licensed driver
  • Services of a tour leader
  • Local sightseeing and entry tickets as per the program
  • Professional local guide(s) where specified
  • Taxes and VAT


Refer to your itinerary or confirmation for exact inclusions.

Exclusions – Not Covered

  • Flights to/from UK/Europe
  • Meals and beverages not mentioned in the itinerary
  • Optional excursions and activities
  • Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, tips, souvenirs, etc.)
  • Tips/gratuities for drivers, tour leaders, and local guides (unless prepaid)
  • Travel insurance (must be arranged separately)
  • Hotel early check-in or late check-out unless stated 

Health & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the trip.
  • You must be fit to travel; if you have mobility concerns, contact the DMC prior to booking.
  • Carry your medications and prescriptions at all times.
  • In the case of illness or emergency, your Tour Leader will assist you with local resources or contact family if necessary.

Money & Expenses

  • Currency in the UK: GBP; Europe: Euro
  • Major credit/debit cards are widely accepted. However, bring some cash for small purchases .
  • ATMs are available in all major towns and cities.

Legal & Liability Notice

  • This tour is operated under the laws of England and Wales.
  • The Europeous Dmc Ltd and its partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond their control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, delays, or health emergencies.
  • Participation in the tour implies full acceptance of all terms & conditions outlined here and in your travel contract.

In Case of Emergency

  • Your Tour Leader will provide an on-ground emergency contact.
  • Hotel reception and local emergency services are also available 24/7.
  • Ensure you’ve enabled international roaming or carry a local SIM for urgent contact if needed.
