Why we need it

We need your name and business details to register you for as travel agent, this is done in order to fulfil our contract with you to provide b2b services.

We need from you at time of booking - lead guest name and contact details to add booking in our backend system.

What we do with it

We request this information from you to register your agency in our backend system as agent. Your guest data is used to book services of the travel package confirmed by you on your guest’s behalf.

How long we keep it

Information regarding your travel agency remains with us for 7 years along with all the bookings made on behalf of your guest.

How will it affect you

Providing incorrect or inaccurate data may have the following results:

• We may be unable to contact you regarding your booking.
• We may be unable to process your guests travel package.

Who can see it

Your company details are seen by Europeous backend team only.

Guest details are shared with multiple vendors such as hotels, transporters, tour guides, restaurants, attractions

We will not sell your data, nor pass it on to any third parties for marketing without your prior explicit consent.

How we protect it

All data you provide is kept secure and any staff or contractors that handle this data have a commitment and the necessary training to keep it private and secure. We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure that data is handled correctly and kept secure and have implemented the necessary technical controls to support these.

What are your rights

You can;

• Request a copy of the data we hold      on you. If you wish to do this then email us at: support@europeous.com 
• Request that we correct or update      the data that we hold on you. If you wish to do this then email us at: sales@europeous.com 
• Request that we delete the      information we hold on you. If you wish to do this then email us at: support@europeous.com

Additionally, we must inform you of the following:
